50 years ago, there was a revolution, and yes assets were seized. Today the Chinese are drilling for oil off the American coast, thanks to Cuba. Various countries opened negotiations and settled with Cuba, like Canada and Switzerland. The US has never bothered to even start negotiations. Did I mention that the Chinese have the license for oil off the Cuban coast. Talk about cutting your nose off to spite your face. many American companies, including the Mafia were taking advantage of the Cubans. Stop whining and do the right thing and open the stupid negotiations. It should have been done 35 years ago.
