but he is far from the consensus pick for last place. He's top of the list. The worst president ever to grace the office ... and there was some competition for that status. There are a few historians who think he was just the worst president since the civil war, after all, there hasn't been another civil war yet, but they are in the miniority. Most consider him the worst ever. TP
