Bully price increase du jour:

biz.yahoo.com

I was up in Whistler this week, and couldn't believe how Bully has driven up the prices of about everything. Took the much fun out of the trip. At least I was able to make a hedonistic adjustment to the $100 golf rounds, by substituting simple walking. I pray for deflation, and wait eagerly for you to be right, if ever.

I have no idea what you are looking at on restaurants, but the biggest shocker was eating lunch ($15 with a light tip for basically nothing) at Red Robin in Burlington, Washington on the way up. Looks to me like basic lunches are now running what a a good dinner went for four years ago. The place was full of mostly overweight, diabetic looking Brazil Americans, and perhaps a few Bully Wannabees, ordering a lot of extras like desserts.
