The most highly suspected location is a very large area.

Yeah. Since that very large area also happens to be difficult terrain, we will instead invade another large area which is "easier"(*) to invade because it has easy terrain, right?

(*) Of course, "easier" is only relative. 51 US troops have died in the first 21 days of this month in Iraq. That's how "easy" it has been in the 42nd month of the invasion!
