JOE's official book value probably carries all their land at acquisition price, which is just about nothing. You would have to find an estimate of current value to get a more accurate BV picture.

I think 5 instituitions own over 75% of the outstanding shares. (and over 90% is owned by instituitions) Unless they decide to sell - this will not fall. Also there is question of the value of land holdings....

PS> Am holding Dec/Jan puts but am not very hopeful....
