I should not have needed to ask at all. Why are you allowing violations of the stated board rules to go on and on? I suspended him previously for two weeks (twice actually). The second time was supposed to have been for 1 month. by a vote requested by the board Which very clearly illustrated the problem with the popularity-contest banning clause. I think you need to look at the difference in the way you treat Elmer (who also insulted me) and mas. Elmer gets suspended right away, as he should. With mas, it's warning this, warning that, off topic discussion this and that, reduced sentences, the whole 9 yards. Is it the Moderators' Secret Club? Is it because mas heaps sycophantic praise upon you on the board from time to time?
