This was a family secret, and it was his mother's family secret. His mother never wanted him to know. If someone hurt you mother by bringing out things from her past particularly if they did it on television in a public forum, how would you react. This question is something that haunted and scared his Mother her whole life. So some press Bimbo ....."Reporter Peggy Fox of WUSA-TV, asked whether any of his ancestors were Jewish." What possible reason could there be? If his Mother had converted from Roman Catholicism would she have asked if any of his ancestors were Catholics? With any luck she will encounter lots of Jewish people in her business who won't give her the time of day.
