Geoff...I think they are going to be amending their constitution in the near future...WITH the blessing of the U.S. RMF, If you think that then you've failed to look at the history of the Japanese and their revulsion to the bomb. I lived in Japan for 7 years and through my experiences there I can state that it's a million to one shot of it ever happening. The Japanese people wouldn't stand for it. The Japanese won't even let our Nimitz class carriers into port because they might have nukes on them.
