SGM did a 4.25M share PP on April 10th at .20, the 4 month hold just came up. They did another and bigger PP at .25, May 29th, so they are free trading on Sept 29th. Given the current price, many may not sell I would guess but between these two PP's, there is a lot of potential of selling pressure that may at least cap any rise in the near future. Property looks like a nice play though. I think Rocket red was the one who starts the drumbeat on this one.
