Ohio, I have been taught by the best to watch the capital structure like a hawk. Why? Because I do not like scams, and I do not like dilution that does not add value. In the case of the 50 mil, it actually sent me a good signal that all the news coming from management was not just a means to dump shares. If it was, the A/S would probably be about 1 billion right now. The little bump of 50 mil indicated to me that probably a little more room was needed for an acquisition....which would be the "good kind of dilution". Turns out it was just a clerical error. Either way, my radar was right. GodBless-ND cris
