You are if you change the rules to make sure you don't lose again......illegally pack the courts......set the national police on your opponents and dissidents to torture and murder them...etc.

I suppose that would depend on the election process and how you acted after being elected. As I understand it, Fidel and Saddam both were elected by a large majority.

Whatever Chavez is, Venezuela will play hell getting rid of him.
