I smiled at your post. I'm the chief cook and bottle washer at my house. Friends visit and always say something like this: "Your house is so clean....(this is almost always added), for a man." Truth is, I like a clean and picked up house, but I NEVER let anyone into my basement. My office and studio are there and it always has a "lived in" look. Several half finished paintings, reference material and the like. Then the office on the other side of the room is two desks stacked with charts and IBD's, several books and two computers. Not a neat site... but it's my mess! ggg
