Where are you getting your information from and where is the analysis of it. 1.Welfare is at it's highest ever. Welfare paid out by who to whom? What are the numbers and where were they in the past? 2. Because no one wants the work Who is no one? What kind of work can they do? I remember seeing a piece one, I think it was, a Rothschild estate in France where pickes were students, vacationers and the like. They all got together to pick wines and had a big party afterwards. There's too much wine on the market right now and many old farms in Bordeaux are going bust.
