Grasping for straws. Their chance of contracting some much more costly condition almost certainly isn't any higher than anyone else's. So catching, and curing them at an early stage for one condition is always going to be a net win. So your argument is boiling down to "better have someone die off early so they aren't a burden". Might as well advocate birth certificates with expiration dates...

The fact that almost all wealthy countries have single payer, and all have significantly lower cost is as close as you are going to get to proof. Take it to the bank.
