No - the only thing claimed I believe is that the Audited Statements would be published by tomorrow. Form 10 - OTC BB & possible cash dividend -- has been discussed but no dates promised by anyone.

People leave or stay oftimes depending on who is pulling the strings.. Might not be their idea at all. Also, because they are stepping down as CEO or whatever does not necessarily mean they are leaving the company...might be a better fit somewhere else in the organization...happens all the time. Suspect we have some MAJOR stock holders now who have their own ideas about where the company is headed.

The way it read to me was that Steve wants to continue to concentrate on the Sulja's previous core businesses, Petar is going to drive the SLJB bus as CEO for a while, they will then hire a Pro CEO for the long haul, and Petar will resume his international LearJet hop-scotch & deal-making duties full time. Makes sense to me. But, with your acute case of "..paranoid skeptomania..", I imagine there's an As the Stomach Churns episode or two in the fine print for you to wallow in prior to the next big kaaaBOOM..!!! "..Ha ha ha ha ha ha......... I'm going to start calling you "Soapy" for short, Grandma........ John :-) ps: Isn't it time for your daily dose of Erika Caine antics, ol' Son..??? .
