...easy to put a trade down on scratch paper, then lose the numbers when the trade goes bad on you. And then there is overtrading--which I haven't been guilty of, but most folks probably are. If anything, I'm a deer in the headlights. I started MiniB--that is a good place to do a few trades each year on paper. I have the one idea for it, but I am going to wait probably til tax loss selling season to run it by everybody and hopefully put it in there. No point in revealing it now, I am sure the price will only get better from where I nibbled as everybody sells their losers for the year. I always start buying an idea too early.
