"My wager would be that the only way Chavez will get "unelected" will be in a similar manner that brought Saddam to power originally." Time will tell on that (he's up for election, what, next year?) If elections are spiked then we will OPPOSE that, of course! (But backing a military coup after he won the first election was WAY dumb... just 'cause we've interferred in elections all across South America and Central America for decades and for decades does NOT make it 'right', nor does it make it a useful tactic. Just look at what our over-throwing of the Democratic government in Iran has produced....)
