what makes you think the bond market reacted to oil prices?
That idea is very suspect.

It has reacted to continued pullbacks in housing, poor job reports, and a philly fed that went negative.

Of course M1 money supply is contracting too.
Oil has nothing to do with the bond rally.
(other than perhaps oil usage is signally a slowdown somewhere we do not see yet) but that is a very small factor compared to everything else.
