Yes, I know you can pick apart that logic. But guess what, it is rather easy to pick apart YOUR logic

Nobody here has "picked apart" my logic yet -- that's the point -- you have these geniuses hurling personal attacks and insults but not one has presented a business case for Sirius over XM. If you think it is rather "easy" why don't you go for it? Obviously, these financial geniuses around here can't handle it on their own.

Even if one could make the argument that Sirius will "catch" XM in subscriber numbers (which could happen in the VERY LONG TERM if certain fundamental changes occurred in the industry, but is not anywhere on the near horizon), unless they get costs under control you can't morph Sirius into a better investment. The likelihood of SIRI "surpassing" XMSR given the current OEM arrangement is a pretty small number. The "growth" remark suggests lack of a basic understanding of the industry.

And yes, I can pick apart your logic in an instant -- but you already said you know that, so I suppose I don't need to do it again.

Content is an entirely different argument and if you want to go there, I would ask that you simply describe, in what way, Sirius has "better" content. It is highly subjective and certainly transitory, but SIRI's content is getting lousier by the month, while XM's is getting better. Just check out the attitudes at SBS.
