Liar. SDI tests were never successful. The only time there was ever a "success" was when the missile-killing missiles were told in advance exactly where the incoming missiles would be. You are a total BS artist. SDI is one of the biggest wastes of money in the history of the country, right up there with the MX Missile, the Sgt York, Vietnam, Iraq and frankly the entire Cold War. It's called conning the public into letting them take hundreds of billions out of social programs to build doomsday machines which rarely even work right. It's exactly what Eisenhower warned us about, part of the insitutional corruption of DC and it's never been more rampant. Also, none of the laser guns of Star Wars/SDI ever worked either.
