Mr. Gary Cope reports

OREX ANNOUNCES $1,000,000 PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Orex Ventures Inc. has arranged and filed with the TSX Venture Exchange for acceptance, a private placement consisting of four million units at a price of 25 cents per unit. Each unit comprises one common share and one-half of a transferable share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant is exercisable into an additional common share for a period of 18 months from closing at a price of 30 cents per share.

The proceeds of the private placement will be used for the continuing exploration program on the company's Pamel and Las Sorpresas mining properties, and for general working capital.

The company has agreed to pay finders' fees of 7 per cent of the gross proceeds to various finders in consideration of their efforts in introducing placees to the company. The finders' fees will be satisfied by the issuance of 260,120 units to the finders, with each finders' unit having the same terms and conditions as the units issued under the private placement.

All securities issued under the private placement are subject to a hold period expiring four months and one day from the closing date

Agreed, and that's why I own a lot more DNT than REX. DNT has the properties, REX only has an option on a couple of them. Given all of that...still can't figure out why DNT isn't getting the love being showered on REX. I can wait...
