XNG, I believe, is an index, not a stock (or an ETF). One can 'buy' it, in a sense -- but only one component at a time....

Much easier, if (like me) one doesn't know much about NG, to just buy CHK and throw the key away.... they've got 22 tcf of ng reserves in the docket (proved and unproved), 10% of the US onshore rig fleet, and 10 years plus of drilling targets.
