"I can hear Bill and Dave spinning in their graves and in the same direction" It is truly amazing what we've read. I think it all goes back to when the company placed more value on doing what was "politically correct" rather than right. Be it bending over backwards to hire and promote those less qualified to meet social agendas to letting those with great marketing skills decide where to take the company rather than good engineers with R&D experience actually developing new technology. I wonder if anyone there talks about "the next bench" or even understands what it means now? Maybe I'm just pissed because I had some ideas, a couple of years after leaving that led me to see what people needed, that I tried to get them to look at and they got stuck in the chain of command... and now I see they would have worked for huge profits.
