That is flattering but untrue. Canada spent 85 million dollars to evacuate 15,000 people. More than 7,000 have returned to lebanon. Immediately after the evacuees arrived we had big demonstrations in support of Hizbollah. So, I believe that many Hizbollah members hold dual citizenship in Canada and lebanon, and when the going gets tough, the wife and kids go someplace safe. If there was a war, and you could save your wife and kids from danger, wouldn't you? Much easier to focus if the family is elsewhere. Of course i don't think this was accorded to all the members of Hizbollah, I can say that if the trouble i think is coming to Canada arrives, I will take the old folks and cross the border without a second thought.
