The US (and indeed much of the global) financial system simply is too leveraged to allow a serious bear market in any major asset class IMHO

Those who think we are on the verge of a big housing bust when the stock market is unable to drop even 10% had better think again.

This game can continue as long as foreign CB support the buck no matter how awful the fundamentals.

This is all going end very badly, but who knows when
