Shi'ites have monuments, Sunis don't. Wahabism is a group within Suni, and OBL is the extreme of Wahabism. They are not even supposed to make pictures of people. That is part of where the fooforah around the comic pictures came from. They seem to find ways to get their pictures up in lights anyway, and on money, and on the sides of buildings etc. Fundamentalists don't even keep pictures of their loved ones on the mantle. The idea is that if there was some great and loved person, we would over generations exaggerate their importance and end up making the picture or monument an object of worship.
