Rightly or wrongly, I believe that Richard Miniter's investigations might have been a plan to discredit/embarrass Clinton while exculpating the Repubs at the same time. Why is all this dirty stuff coming out at this time? All because an election is looming right ahead! To be sure, had the Bushies not made omissions and blundered or made mistakes, their efforts would have succeeded swimmingly fine and made up for Clinton's omissions and/or ineffectiveness. .
