I don't know, the people I know are getting crappy service. I can't tell about longevity, no one in my family dies before 92 or so. The people around us don't seem to be making it that long.

If you separate out the races (I know, I know, that's not PC) then for whites, infant mortality is much lower than for blacks or Hispanics, and Canada has a much lower percentage of blacks and Hispanics to white ratio than the US.

You see, infant mortality has a lot to do with the age of the mother, and (this is even less PC) with prenatal drug use.

The good news is, it's dropping for all races in the US.
