They would have noticed You definitely would have needed the permission of the buildings owner, and his compliance, to secretly plant explosives. You would also need the security people to absolutely NOT do thier job at appropriate times. Currently that explanation seems more likely to me then the building just falling out of the sky by accident and all the wreckage being recycled before anyone could check it to find out why. Come on, how ridiculous is the "official" story ????????? Every rule in the book was broken. There should be a lot of people who currently run the country in jail right now.
