Citgo is in a position to subidize selected congressional districts in our country. Surely they are subsidizing equally around the world's disadvantaged neighborhoods. Figure the odds... But I maintain that when we opt to provide humanitarian and economic assistance, it must be with the caveat that the policies that created the problem in the first place must be corrected. And the undeveloped world will get a lot more support from the US and the west when they spend more time working in conjunction with the West to create economic investment and wealth building policies for everyone involved, rather than b*tching and moaning about how they've allegedly been exploited.. Hawk
