Of course, if it was a male pilot who made that mistake, you would call it "friendly fire".

Also, there is no way to know what your Dumbyass, Cheney, Wolfowitz, Delay, Frist, Lott, Limbaugh, Hannity, Weiner (pronounced "Whiner" - Savage) et al would have done in the cockpit under combat situations because they kept themselves thousands of miles away from the battlefield when it was their chance to serve.
