3rd Quarter will be a difficult comparison (as was 2nd quarter) due to the tax provision. Last year, 3rd qtr earnings were 0.25/share, which may be matched this year. Last year, there was no tax provision, and this year, there will be.

Once again, we will likely see record revenues and "pre-tax" earnings. But not record earnings due to the tax provision. May be another sell-off as earnings will be flat.

I think that the company is doing well.
