Thanks, now I found Santa Monica too, a pretty dated deal; and the original amounts have been much higher than the recent filing.

It seems to confirm what has been mentioned in one story: as the bulge bracket firms move in and do deals it will be much more difficult for small underwriters save for very well known names like ebc.
If the Deutsche is doing deals it obviously points to the direction that they have a client list of hedge funds with some money to invest. For a balanced fund who bears the counterparty risk for a couple of months it is still a profitable trade even if the SPAC does nothing.
