Reverse I guess is likely, but someone should tell Terry that may be the opposite of what should be done, besides, hasn't he always said "never" regarding a reverse. You've probably noticed that what is hot these days, is subpenny stuff, like really subpenny, with billions, even hundreds of billions of shares out, maybe trillions. Attract the masses, especially young people that can buy a million shares for a hundred or a couple hundred bucks. Urban Casavant started the ball rolling with CMKX and 800 billion authorized and issued over 700 billion, advertising the stock symbol and the company on dragsters, drag bikes, Nascar Trucks and pumping the crowds at the races. They're toast now, revoked, but even so around 40,000 shareholders held right to revocation. Forget the country clubs and the old farts, go after the kids and the masses. PAIM, little gold "explorer" with property here on the island and in the Philippines, stock all but dead, feeble little pumps in 2004 and 2005 did nothing....what to do, forward split it 1000:1 taking it subpenny, screw up the split then give away 30 or so trillion preferreds, then do a mandatory conversion of 90% of the commons to 5 year convertible debentures all the while pumping the PI property....end result to date..a "cult" stock with over 4000 shareholders, no need to hire promoters, the newbies will pump it for free. Not to be outdone, PAIM CEO's old friend at BKMP with his 20% of Canada's The Fight Network and 13 or so billions out, recently divvied out preferreds at 10,000 for 1. 130 trillion or so preferreds out now and another cult stock. So Terry, or Kevin, or whomever ends up running the show, could do just a little wee 100:1 forward, take it down to .0001, quit hiring all those promoters and start pumping out the news. Who cares what the news says, as long as it mentions gold and let nature take it's course...oh ya, maybe move domicile to Wyoming and peg the authorized at "unlimited" right off the bat. Might help to quit reporting too, that's expensive what with SOX compliancy and lawyers and such...go back to the pinks, gag the t/a and get lots of extra ink for the printer.
