Not by definition. A whore takes money for sex. I an not aware of Bill ever having to pay for it.

As for the lying part...can't argue with you there.

As for mode of actual governing, read the Scarborough article I posted. Clinton was involved in governing, with congress. I don't think Mr. Bush is....from what I have read and continue to read.

And his own party is growing continually restive on a number of issues....why?
