We were discussing the fact that when it comes to financials, companies are better off NOT GIVING DEADLINES as to when we will get them...there are far too many legit delays that could cause them to miss the deadline, but once they say....'expect to see AF;s by such and such date' and then AF's dont come, it is NEGATIVE..the bashers harp on it putting every possible negative spin they can find and yes, it certainly does not help the companies credibility. So far this company has come thru on everything promised. Now, due to this missed deadline, the credibility is now in question....How many times did they say we would get the AF's by such and such date...or at the latest and listed a date? They said it MANY times....and the date has come and gone and maybe they did file, maybe they did not, maybe they did give an excuse....but I havent seen anything....no AF's and no excuse or response from the company as to why we didnt get them and imo, that puts a kink in all the good they have done to this point...we can no longer say they have come thru on everything promised..... IMO, they NEVER should have given us a date to expect the AF's and once they did, they should have given an excuse as to why they missed the deadline, which it appears they have missed. For the record, I am long..I am not selling because we didnt get AF's or an excuse....I suspect we will get them and hopefully soon....but, I and most every investor you ask will tell you....THEY DONT WANT COMPANIES GIVING DEADLINES because when deadlines are not met, it makes things look bad... <<I never considered the appearance of the Audit as a "..deadline.." >>
