Who created those charts and how is the "lies" factor figured?

I want to use them and I do not know who to credit.

They're created by myself and the "lies" adjustments are based on John Williams (shadowstats.com) public statements over the last year or so.
The actual figures are on my CPI lies page at nowandfutures.com as follows:

Amount As of date
+1.0% 1982
+1.5% 1993
+2.5% 1997
+3.5% 2001
+4.0% 2004
+4.5% 2005
+5.0% 2006

Cool, thanks - and please credit John too, I'm just the spreadsheet/chart jockey and data gathering quant on them.
