Bushies totally lie about these homeland security and counter-terror measures. Not once has Bush explained why he can't go to the FISA courts or why he has to spend entire week trying to make torture legal. It is very liklely Bush will be impeached for breaking the Constitution and spying on innocent US citizens without a warrant. it is alsop very likely Bush is abusing these powers to spy on domestic opponents the way Nixon did.

Bush's own spy agencies now say the Iraq War has crippled the war on terrorism. That is grounds for dismissal of Bush-Cheney and all the rubberstamp chickenhawks who supported them. It is also outrageous that they claim to be tough on terrorism when they have obviously totally blown it and the official investigation shows terrorism is now stronger. Bushies have also never offered a scintilla of evidence that any of their illegal activities and removal of American civil liberities has contributed to a single terrorist arrest.
