I installed Adware and continued to get those pesky pop ups. So then I installed Spybot and it found a few things. One of which was the name of one of the pop ups I was getting. It was from an internet security company. That's some business plan they have. They install a bot that pops open windows telling me that my PC is at risk and I should use their software to remove the problems it has detected... Isn't that one of the tactics the mob uses... Hopefully they are not fitting me for a pair of cyber cement shoes, now.
