The single payer solution is a SMACKDOWN on the Kaisers and HealthNET mega HMO's in California. W/ one stroke of the pen they are antiquated. Not a bad idea. Actually. Now if they just figure out a way to cut the 20-30 percent take from the "reviewers" We might have a system that people could benefit from....

JF, Good argument for the single payer solution.

Again, that problem won't be solved with the "single-payer solution." All it's going to do is exacerbate the problem. It's the same old thing: People are going to demand more when it doesn't cost them a dime. That holds true especially for prescription drugs.
