It makes a lot of sense that job growth is in the medical care area. Not only does the demand for medical care and the ability to provide medical care continue to grow, but the productivity of the medical care industry has not grown nearly as much as in other areas.

Lower job growth (or job reduction) in other areas doesn't mean those areas are shrinking. In many cases it means the same amount of work or more work can be done by fewer people.
