Bill Clinton said he would be using a lot more soldiers, he thinks Bush is not using enough boots on the ground. I think he said he would be using a lot more than 20,000 soldiers. I think Bush should listen to Clinton and announce that under Mr Clinton's advice he is going to initiate a draft.

You could be correct. However, I don't think "boots-on-the-ground" is a maintainable option given the increasing, anti-war public sentiment.
