Not if his hand weighed 100,000 tons, which is the weight of 20 floors of WTC.

Even if you used a 100,000 ton hardened steel axe, you would still need to get a swing at it.

The supports of the WTC were built to support not "just" 100,000 tons but would have been over rated by at least several hundred percent of that figure. They would not have given way as if they didn't exist.
