Interestingly sppi and gpcb are now up exactly the same %, 37.5% and 37.6%. Don't see that very often. phrm up about 20% on this if anyone has that one.

9/29/06 Update
The biotech bulls woke up last week and the Nasdaq Biotech Index managed to narrow its YTD loss. At Friday's close, the NBI was down -4.56% YTD (vs. -6.88% YTD at its 9/22/06 close). The bulls were also active in the Charity Contest portfolio arena, with the portfolios' median closing the week down -5.17% YTD (vs. down -7.31% YTD at the 9/22/06 close). At Friday's close, 11 of the 40 Charity Portfolios were in the black YTD and 19 of the 40 portfolios were outperforming the NBI.
Pumped up by ANOR, Wilder's portfolio screamed by RKRW's portfolio to take first place. The numbers as of the 9/29/06 close are: plus 43.5% YTD for Wilder and plus 33.8% YTD for RKRW.
