Cruise missiles had to be aimed by satcom photos. The leg between the initial targeting and the cruise missile strike is about an hour. The aim was fine, Osama was just lucky. Though you can be sure Clinton killed a lot of Al Qaida. And that "aspirin factory" the rightwing mocked him for? That was probably a bio-chemical WMD factory.

Bottomline, Clinton tried 150 times to kill Osama and Bush never lifted a finger.
