"In Minnesota, Klobuchar Maintains Big Lead
A new Minnesota Public Radio poll finds Amy Klobuchar (D) beating Rep. Mark Kennedy (R-MN), 52% to 37% with 9% undecided, in Minnesota's U.S. Senate race.

Key finding: "Kennedy seems to be struggling among independent voters, typically an important block in any election. Twenty-seven percent of the independents polled back him but nearly twice as many -- 53 percent -- support Klobuchar."

In Maryland, Cardin Leads Steele by Double Digits
"With a down-to-the-wire primary behind him," Rep. Benjamin Cardin (D-MD) "enters the U.S. Senate general election contest with an 11-point lead over his rival," Michael Steele (R), according to a new Baltimore Sun poll.

Cardin leads Steele, 51% to 40%.

In IN-8, Ellsworth Crushing Hostettler
A new poll commissioned by the Evansville Courier & Press bodes poorly for Rep. John Hostettler (R-IN). He currently trails Brad Ellsworth (D) by over 15 points, 47.4% to 31.8%, in Indiana’s 8th congressional district race."

This only confirms what I have always thought. In fact, my personal feeling was that Bill Clinton himself was a pawn in her hand as to his misdeeds. When you consider they never owned a house, never made a big salary before he was President yet afterwards could buy something like 10 million in properties etc etc, thats gotta tell you SOMETHING. jdn
