I've only looked through Mein Kampf but never read the whole of it. It's around here someplace. It was, and is, so incomprehensible to me that people could do the things they do to each other, that the very thoughts of people in ovens, gassed, horrible experiments on them, shot and put in mass graves, starved to death, light shades of human skin...etc etc etc. Pol Pot comes to mind, as well as some of the equipment that Saddam used to do similar things. Hopefully, there is a very special place in hell for these so called people.
