Yes, I believe Bushies deliberately ignored terrorism to let a strike happen, then use that as an excuse to invade Iraq and take its oilfields. They just didn't expect such a big attack. It's their darkest secret that they disbanded all of Clinton's counter-terror operation and removed all vigilance, probably because they were expecting an attack and wanted to make sure one happened. I know this sounds evil, but look at their stealing of elections and lying to get us into Iraq. They are evil power-mongers. Cheney and Rove are the two worst and they have a huge amount of power over Bush and the GOP.
