Ae you saying you think the NYTimes is a credible source? Do you also haunt moveon.org and commondreams? The bias from the Times is so well documented that the only people still reading it are the far leftwingers. Of course they have picked up new readership among the global terrorists who read it to find out what the US is doing to track them. It is much less expensive that moles; and more reliably treacherous.
