The international financial elite doing all it can to goose the markets prior to the election. If anybody thinks that keeping the GOP in control of Congress is not one of the reasons for this -- I have a bridge to sell you. Bush has been a disaster for the people of the Middle East and average Americans, but the super rich have never had it so good.
